Hi! My name is Emily Lichtenstadter, and I’m a senior majoring in Business Analytics and minoring in Psychology, with a concentration in Marketing. While my interests lie more in a quantitative field, I am taking this class so that I can improve my creative thinking skills and apply them to my future career. Upon graduation, I will be moving to DC and starting as a Federal Business Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, where I also interned this past summer.
On campus, I am the Director of Operations for Agency 1693, the student-run marketing agency. I have also been extremely involved in Hillel, the Jewish organization on campus, where I recently finished my term as Co-Vice President. I also play on the club tennis team and am involved in a social sorority. I had the opportunity to study abroad in Seville, Spain during the spring of my sophomore year, where I was able to improve upon my Spanish-speaking skills as well as fuel my love for travel.
One of my big passions is music, and I love going to concerts. Fun fact: I will be attending (roughly, if my memory and photos serve me well) my 40th concert since 2010 this March–I’m seeing Hozier in Norfolk!
I am looking forward to this semester and working with all of you!
